Foodstuffs North Island is hiring a Regulatory Partner to own regulatory compliance across a portfolio of Owner Operators and stores, lifting compliance maturity through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on audits, incidents, and recalls. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in regulatory, compliance, or risk, with strong NZ retail regulatory knowledge (food safety, restricted sale, hazardous substances, recalls) and a proven ability to identify risk, prioritise actions, and sustain improvements while influencing store leaders rather than enforcing from above. Highlight a track record of multi‑site delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and change leadership, plus willingness to travel and work onsite. In your application, showcase concrete examples and align with Foodies values and inclusion.
