APM Group’s Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology) to work full-time onsite in Murray Bridge. You’ll assess rehabilitation needs, advise on workplace modifications, co-design personalised rehabilitation plans, and manage cases end-to-end across workplaces, healthcare providers and insurers, helping clients recover and re-enter work. The role offers autonomy to manage your diary, mentorship, and benefits. To shine in your application, highlight registration (AHPRA or ESSA EP), ability to coordinate stakeholders, patient-centred communication, and willingness to work in diverse settings; demonstrate problem-solving, integrity and independence. Emphasise your driving licence and Australian rights, and include evidence of criminal check and WWCC. Diversity is welcomed.
