KPIs reward service delivery outcomes rather than billable hours, and you’ll enjoy predictable hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm with on-site work and an option for hybrid arrangements, plus mentoring, onboarding, and access to group perks. You will be working at HMAS Stirling (Garden Island). If you prefer something with a bit more flexibility, we have a more hybrid work arrangement available.
