IPAR, part of the MedHealth network, is hiring a Rehabilitation Consultant in Melbourne to manage a supported caseload alongside Rehabilitation Assistants, applying clinical expertise to improve return to work and deliver injury prevention programs for employers and injured workers. You’ll conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite and Ergonomic Assessments, and ADL assessments in collaboration with medical and allied health colleagues. The role requires tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, full membership with ASORC or eligibility, strong communication, autonomous time management, and a proactive problem solving mindset.
