- Support and guide RMs/ROs/CSRs in the absence of the Unit Head, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of business goals.
- Conduct customer visits, credit reviews, and documentation checks to maintain accuracy, compliance, and business quality.
- Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams to address gaps and ensure policy adherence.
- Contribute to process improvements, product enhancement ideas, and sales campaign initiatives, while continuously developing personal skills.
