Emirates NBD is hiring a UAE National Employee Banking Relationship Manager to bulk source and manage WBG and BUB payroll relationships, coordinate with the Fulfillment Team, and hit KPIs like payroll company growth, lifecycle product penetration, and cross-sell revenue in payroll clients. The role spans Retail Banking products, lending, wealth advisory and bancassurance with visibility into Priority Banking. Requires bachelor degree and up to 3 years RM experience, UAE National eligibility, and readiness to work onsite in Dubai. Job Responsibility:
The Employee Banking Relationship Manager will work as part of the Employee Banking Team with the specific focus on bulk sourcing of individual customers by adding new and managing existing Wholesales Banking Group [WBG] and Business Banking [BUB] client payroll relationships and meeting their retail banking requirements.
Employee Banking RM will be conversant with the full range of Retail Banking products and services, including basic banking products and services, lending products, financial advisory on wealth and bancassurance. Also able to discuss Priority Banking offering to potential clients.
The Employee Banking RM will coordinate the sales efforts with the Employee Banking Fulfillment Team and also liaise with entire distribution network to drive the business and will be responsible for delivering targets of following unique and specific KPIs, to strengthen overall PSB profitability.
