Mashreq seeks a Relationship Manager for Mashreq Gold in Dubai Internet City to manage a portfolio of high net worth clients with personalized service, grow revenues through cross selling, source new business from referrals and marketing, and ensure clients know all bank services while meeting annual and monthly targets. The role focuses on maximizing profitability, acquiring new to bank clients, delivering proactive service, AML compliance, and ethical behavior, while countering competition. Ideal candidates have a university degree, 5 to 6 years UAE banking or financial services experience, strong selling and financial markets knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, CISI certification, and an extroverted, culturally aware approach. Job Purpose

  • To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect.

  • Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales/ revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.

  • Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.

  • Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank

  • Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x-sell and up-sell of products to customers, to existing and new to bank customers

     

Key Result Areas

  • Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of MG Products and Services

  • Communicate with HNW client and identify their financial needs

  • Achieve Revenue Goals, sales and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services

  • Maximize profitability from the Gold base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative investments / WM opportunities

  • Acquire New to Bank HNW clients.

  • Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients including pre empting issues and proactive servicing.

  • Safeguard the bank from potential loss / AML fraud / and ensure ethical behavior at all times during and after sales.

  • Enhance market profile and awareness

  • Minimize customer attrition

  • Maintain proactive client contact.

 

Skills / Experience 

 

  • University Graduate

  • Strong selling & financial markets knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

  • Relationship Management Networking skills

  • Extrovert/Amiable personality

  • Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar job with another bank / financial services in the UAE

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • CISI certified
