Emirates NBD is seeking UAE Nationals for a full time onsite Relationship Manager in Priority Banking, based in Dubai. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the customers virtually
- Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities
- Handle service quality and operational issues of the assigned portfolio
- Facilitate in providing potential banking solutions based on identified needs of the client
- To keep up to date with latest market trends, customer preferences, changing customers behavior patterns and new products, as well as regularly monitoring activity by key competitors
- Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets
- To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, anti-misselling, etc and comply with the same
- To be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
