You will support the Wage Type Review project by analyzing payroll data, assessing under and overpayments, preparing evidence and calculation files, and guiding remediation through validation to compensation while maintaining audit-ready records. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail focused, with payroll remediation or compliance experience, strong stakeholder communication, and advanced Excel; familiarity with SAP or Oracle Express HR is a plus. As part of a high-profile Wage Type Review Project, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Tax and Compliance Specialist, Project Analysts, Payroll, HR Systems, Industrial Relations, and Remediation teams to assess payroll impacts, analyse employee data, support remediation activities, and ensure accurate and sustainable compliance outcomes across Downer's People Services environment.
This role can be based in North Ryde, Sydney or Collins Street, Melbourne.
