SGS Australia is seeking an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Advisor to lead remuneration programs across Australia in a hands-on, data driven role that supports salary reviews and benchmarking. The role can be based in Perth or Melbourne with a flexible hybrid model. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in remuneration, strong knowledge of Australian employment law, experience with salary reviews and job evaluations, advanced Excel and HR systems skills, and ideally Power BI and Willis Towers Watson market data. You will partner with HR, Finance and Payroll to deliver fair, competitive rewards and contribute to gender equity reporting. About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our HR team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in compensation and benefits who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders.
You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining our reward programs across Australia, ensuring our pay and benefits are competitive, compliant and aligned to business needs.
This role can be based in Perth or Melbourne, with a flexible hybrid working model.
