In this role you will oversee shop operations and lead a talented team of technicians, ensuring every vehicle leaves our facility in quality condition.

This is not a role where you are just managing a shop. You are the conduit between technical precision and award-winning customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Leadership - Oversee the daily workflow ensuring maximum throughput and quality control.
  • Team Management - Recruit, mentor and develop the skills of existing and new team members.
  • Financial Oversight - Manage the shop P&L and budget while optimising labour and material costs.
  • Customer Experience - Maintain an already high CSI (Customer Service Index) by providing transparent communication to our customers.
  • Safety and Compliance - Ensure the site and team members meet all HS&E requirements.

About You:

  • Experience - Minimum 3 years in the Collison repair industry in a Management or lead Estimator role.
  • Technical Knowledge - Understanding of modern repair techniques and paint systems.
  • Software - Experience with Audanet & Parts Check
  • Certifications - Trade qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter highly regarded.
  • Soft skills - The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
