The ideal candidate has proven leadership in a collision repair environment, a Panel Beating or Spray Painting trade qualification, strong people skills, and a focus on safety, productivity and customer experience with the ability to develop team capability. Role responsibilities

• Organise team and workflow through production.
• Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within time frame.
• Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity.
• Check repairs are completed correctly at each stage and, complete final quality assurance sign off.
• Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
• Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
• A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
