What you'll do

- Collaborates with issuers and third parties to increase acquisitions by administering the AAdvantage Cash program, American’s co-brand credit card sales force incentive program
- Raises awareness of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and participation in the AAdvantage Cash program among American Airlines team members through marketing campaigns and activations
- Prepares reporting on sales force effectiveness and sales performance
- Manages ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional collateral for AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and the AAdvantage Cash program
- Coaches frontline sales force on effective sales techniques and product benefits
- Acts as primary liaison between field sales force and strategy teams
- Must be willing to travel for business
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School Degree or GED equivalent or equivalent experience/training
- Prior sales experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior experience in credit card marketing and/or financial services sales
- Prior experience educating and motivating a distributed sales force
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of AAdvantage co-brand credit card products and propositions as well as consumer alternatives
- Effective organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
- Compelling written and oral communication skills capable of influencing others
- Initiative to identify areas of interest beyond those that are specifically assigned
