Research assistent internship
The Vegetable Quality lab in Bergschenhoek, The Netherlands, is responsible for analytical support of all the different stages of the product development pipelines of fruits and vegetables across EMEA, ranging from breeding and testing trials to commercial launch. Our team enables databased selections and advancement decisions for consumer relevant traits. For this we use a combination of Consumer Sensory studies and analysis of characteristics associated with appearance, taste and health benefits, using a diverse set of routine (wet chemistry) assays, as well as innovative (non-destructive) approaches.
The work will be conducted under supervision of a small, experienced team, and will preferably start in March.
