Zoro is seeking a Reseller Operations Specialist to own growth and lifecycle management of its Marketplace and Wholesale Reseller programs, from onboarding to ongoing support. You will identify, qualify and onboard reseller prospects, resolve inquiries, maintain partner records, and coordinate with Legal, Customer Service, Category Management and Technology to scale operations while enforcing governance on returns, data use and fulfillment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support or partner management, exceptional communication, strong organization, and a customer first mindset; B2B ecommerce or wholesale experience and familiarity with ERP or ticketing tools are a plus. In your application, quantify impact, share onboarding wins, demonstrate cross functional collaboration, and note your ability to be onsite in Chicago two days per week.

The Reseller Operations Specialist supports the growth, lifecycle management, and operational success of Zoro’s Marketplace and Wholesale Reseller programs. This role is responsible for identifying and onboarding reseller prospects, supporting partner relationships throughout the reseller lifecycle, and ensuring operational excellence and program compliance. The expected outcome is sustainable program growth, strong partner engagement, proactive program governance, and scalable reseller operations that align with Zoro’s business objectives.
