Accor is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This Arabic speaking role requires at least two years’ UAE five-star hotel or resort experience, and Opera experience is preferred. You will greet guests, deliver exceptional service, upsell to maximize revenue, advise on facilities, and accurately book reservations, enter rooming lists, and update the system. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are required, with additional languages a plus. Highlight a guest focused mindset, strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, and a proven upselling track record. Job Description

Reservations Agent:
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
