The Role

As a Reservations Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests looking to explore the magic of the Kimberley. You’ll handle tour bookings for direct customers, travel agents, and group reservations—ranging from budget experiences to high-end, all-inclusive packages.

Key responsibilities of role include:

  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and social media with precision and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling high volumes of enquiries with ease.
  • Build relationships with guests, trade partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with tour details, availability, and promotions.
  • Confidently upsell and cross-sell experiences to enhance guest itineraries.
  • Work towards team targets and KPIs, celebrating wins along the way!

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales, reservations, or customer service.
  • A strong understanding of the travel distribution network (an advantage, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A friendly, professional phone manner and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using multiple booking systems and tech platforms.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team.
