Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator's role is to carry out key resident services such as customer care, reception, and administration activities to contribute to the highest standard of attention for residents and visitors in our Care Centre and Living Well Apartments. 

This role based in our Care Centre Reception and also includes working with the Village administration to deliver exceptional customer service across the village. This is a part- time weekend role working Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm 

As part of our Resident Services Team (reception), you will be the first point of contact for our residents, family, and business contacts. Your creativity and enthusiasm will support you in your day-to-day tasks. 

 

Qualifications

Strength and competence in customer service and administration through experience in a similar role is preferable. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to interact & communicate with a variety of people
  • Ability to think on their feet and and solve problems
  • Compassion and sensitivty
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative.
  • Flexibility.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Work as a team with the ability to be responsible for their actions and quality of work.
