Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to support Residential Aged Care in Launceston. The role is casual to cover extended leave, with potential for ongoing casual work, within a national, multidisciplinary team under Australian Unity. You will deliver personalised, evidence‑based therapy programs including mobility, care plan reviews, one‑to‑one interventions and group active ageing activities. Key requirements are strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility staff, and representing Plena professionally in the community. You need General AHPRA registration, Police Check, a driver’s licence with vehicle access, willingness to work in a mobile capacity, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and full Australian working rights; sponsorship is available. This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
