The role focuses on Residential Aged Care, delivering mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions and group sessions, with scope to work across RAC and Community settings. Requirements include General AHPRA registration, current Police Check or willingness to obtain, a driver’s licence, willingness to work in a mobile regional role, NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain, and full Australian working rights; sponsorship is possible.
