Job Description

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to deliver a new IT solution for our Residential Project Marketing team. This 6-month contract is central to implementing a unified CRM and stock management system that integrates marketing automation, reporting, and customer journey visibility.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and a third‑party solution provider to ensure the system is designed to requirements, thoroughly tested, and successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to capture workflows, pain points, and requirements.
  • Define solution architecture and plan CRM, stock management, contract workflow, and reporting customisations.
  • Support data migration, including extraction, validation, preparation, and upload.
  • Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and stakeholder alignment with the software provider.
  • Develop and coordinate test plans, track issues, and ensure resolution.
  • Assist with training delivery and create user guides for staff adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.
  • Experience delivering projects independently or in a project manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate operations, especially residential sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property technology platforms.
  • Skilled in business analysis tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Property, Business, or related field (preferred).
