MacKillop Family Services is seeking a permanent full time Residential Case Manager in Preston, VIC to provide case management and support for young people in residential homes, collaborating with residential care workers, other case managers, staff and volunteers, and contributing to OH&S and the organisation’s development. The role requires relevant qualifications (Diploma with substantial experience or Bachelor degree with experience), extensive adolescent welfare practice, and proven case management skills with crisis intervention and behaviour management, reporting to the Coordinator: Case Management. About the role

Furthermore, they are responsible for contributing to best practice Occupational Health & Safety, and positively contributing to the development of MacKillop Family Services.
