Air New Zealand is seeking a Resilience Specialist (Business Continuity) to strengthen the resilience of one of New Zealand's most iconic organisations. Based onsite in Auckland, this full time role will build trusted stakeholder relationships, lead business impact assessments and disruption risk analyses, and develop, maintain and continuously improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans across the Group. You will deliver training and exercises, partner with Digital, Risk and Emergency Management teams, and provide expert guidance during major disruption events, all while championing safety and a culture of continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have significant BC or related programme experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and relevant qualifications; applications close Sunday, 9th August.
