About the Role

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating homeowner data and records
  • Raising, issuing, and tracking purchase orders
  • Managing digital filing systems and document organisation
  • Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of registers and resort data
  • Providing general administrative support to the Resort Manager to assist smooth resort operations
  • Hosting open hours for residents to address queries

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with data, registers and digital systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A great communicator who enjoys supporting a busy team
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Experienced in administration, ideally in a similar role
  • Skilled in customer service, with a friendly and professional communication style
  • A team player who takes ownership and works collaboratively
  • A holder of a current driver’s licence
