We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our teams and uphold the exceptional standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group. The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, aiming for the highest service level and ensuring the highest quality of food & drinks preparation and presentation while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Restaurant Manager responsibilities;

  • Manage and lead team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment

  • Train and develop staff

  • Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies


How to succeed as Restaurant Manager at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager of a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group

  • In-dept knowledge to manage, structure and develop a restaurant company

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
