Grill’d is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a 20 to 50 person team in Baldivis, fulltime onsite, as the brand grows across Australia. You’ll own ops from rostering and recruitment to stock and compliance while driving engagement and KPIs and delivering WOW moments for guests and the community. Expect an eight week onboarding with leadership workshops, clear pathways to Area Manager or ownership through Partner programs, uncapped bonuses, flexible work, and wellbeing support. What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends. 
• Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager. 
• Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. 
• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly. 
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
