Grill’d is recruiting Restaurant Managers to relocate to Queensland as part of a bold growth plan that includes new locations, an elevated menu, and a strong focus on developing leaders. You’ll receive eight weeks of onboarding, clear career pathways from Venue Manager to Area Manager or Grill’d Partner opportunities, uncapped bonuses, and a relocation package. The role blends coastal living with a people first culture, plus community initiatives and team celebrations. You’ll lead twenty to fifty team members, manage rostering, stock, safety and P&L with Area Manager support, and drive Local Matters.
