We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.  Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards.
 Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.
 Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
 Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
 Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and create reports.

 Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
 In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
