You will support operations and revenue targets, sort donations, restock, maintain displays and cleanliness, price goods, foster customer service, and lead volunteers. The ideal candidate brings retail experience, an interest in second hand goods, the ability to motivate volunteers, a customer focused can do attitude, and strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
