Boggi Milano is looking for a Retail HR Specialist to join the Mendrisio onsite HR team full time, reporting to the International HR Manager and Head of HR Retail. The role focuses on recruiting for the premium retail network, ensuring top talent aligns with Boggi Milano values, and supporting team development across stores. You will own the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with area managers, manage vendor relationships, contribute to employer branding, drive onboarding, track KPIs, and maintain accurate Workday pipelines. The Retail HR Specialist will be part of the HR Team and will contribute to managing the HR processes, with special focus on recruitment, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent in line with Boggi Milano’s values and standards.
Working closely with the International HR Manager and the Head of HR Retail, the role will ensure full coverage of the retail network’s staffing needs and support the qualitative development of our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail stores in the assigned area in collaboration with the HR Manager, Field Coach, and Area Managers.

  • Support the definition of retail staffing needs and plan sourcing activities based on priorities agreed with the HR Manager.

  • Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a candidate experience consistent with the brand identity.

  • Coordinate relationships with external agencies and other recruitment vendors.

  • Collaborate on Employer Branding initiatives, in coordination with the HR Manager and Head of HR Retail.

  • Participate in onboarding programs and support the HR Manager in collecting and analyzing recruitment KPIs.

  • Draft, publish, and monitor job postings on Workday and other recruitment channels.

  • Manage the candidate pipeline on Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with HR policies.

  • Collaborate in monitoring the performance of retail teams in order to define action plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Humanities, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting within the premium retail or fashion/luxury sector.

  • Solid knowledge of HR dynamics in retail stores and of the Italian retail labor market.

  • Fluent English and Italian, plus one language between French and German.

  • Knowledge of Workday or other structured ATS platforms.

  • Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
