Emirates NBD is seeking a Retail Liabilities & Growth Manager for UAE Nationals to lead new customer acquisition while expanding the book and balancing growth across channels. The role focuses on scoping opportunities, designing campaign processes, keeping all channels updated on campaigns, and developing sales kits and collateral, while maintaining stakeholder contact to meet goals, with oversight of funded and non-funded accounts, balance growth, and a clear customer complaint resolution framework including a documented SLA with the GCE team and a defined escalation path. New customer acquisition is the life blood of any business and ensuring the right customer mix are key to the continued success of the business. The unit will need to drive acquisition and balance growth to deliver overall business goals. Incumbent’s focus should be equally devoted to the creation of programs and campaigns targeting acquisition of new customers and to build the book from the existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Scout es and identify potential opportunities.
Create streamlined process for campaign management.
Ensure all sales channels / segments are fully updated on all campaigns.
Develop sales kit and collaterals as well as brochures detailing product / campaign benefits.
Regular contact with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business goals are met.
Review funded and non-funded accounts across the new bookings and take remedial measures.
Review balance growth and take remedial measures from time to time.
Effectively manage all complaints raised by customers through various channels
Develop clear SLA with GCE team and have periodic reviews to monitor progress.
Establish a clear resolution /escalation matrix.
