Hato Hone St John is seeking an experienced retail manager for our Sydenham store in Christchurch, a full time onsite role with Monday to Friday flexibility. You will oversee shop operations and stock, drive revenue by hitting targets, promote the store in the local community, manage displays and pricing, rostering and motivating staff and volunteers, and generate monthly reports while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has solid retail management experience, visual merchandising skills, an interest in second hand goods, and a track record leading 10+ staff and volunteer teams, plus a proactive can do attitude and strong community focus.
