Cannondale is seeking a Retail Network Analyst to turn sales strategy, market data, and retailer performance into actionable plans for Europe’s 15-country network, based at the Europe HQ in Woudenberg, Netherlands, onsite. You’ll own the commercial implementation of MS Dynamics CRM sales processes, define metrics and monitor programs, support GTM and demand planning, and build Power BI reports to guide decisions while partnering with cross-functional teams and the Outside Sales force. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of analytics experience, strong Excel, Word and Outlook, CRM familiarity, and English fluency, plus a bias for practical impact, structure and attention to detail. If you don’t meet every qualification, apply anyway and show how you can move the business forward.
For more than 50 years, Cannondale has been a leading innovator in the cycling world. As more riders of all ages and abilities get on the roads, trails, and streets than ever before, we're here to do the best work of our lives to push the greatest human-powered machine into the future each and every day. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce where every teammate can succeed as we inspire riders everywhere. Fueled by a free-thinking, always-game, got-your-back mentality, we ditched the rulebook and set forward on a path to make iconic bikes that simply work better. We look forward to the ride with you.
As our Retail Network Analyst, you will turn sales strategy, market data, digital tools, and retailer performance insights into practical actions for our European sales teams. Reporting into our Senior Manager of Sales Ops in Europe, you’ll help shape how Cannondale manages and grows its retail network across 15 countries, using structure and commercial insight to identify where we should expand, where performance can improve, and how our teams can work more effectively.
This role goes beyond reporting on what is happening. You will help build the systems, processes, and insights that guide better decisions, from CRM adoption and PowerBI reporting to retailer program performance and commercial initiatives. If you are analytical, commercially curious, and motivated by connecting data to real-world business impact, this is a role where you can make a visible difference in how Cannondale wins across Europe.
Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based in our Europe HQ in Woudenberg, Netherlands.
