You’ll bridge frontline sites and central teams, coordinating Site Managers, contractors and vendors, providing first level triage via phone, email and Teams, and guiding managers through the conversion lifecycle while escalating risks to maintain safety and compliance. The role rewards practical frontline judgment and cross-functional collaboration, so proven experience in frontline retail ops and stakeholder management is essential, with strong communication and organizational skills.
