Job Description
Operational Excellence
- Assist in the day-to-day management of boutique operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Support the Retail Operations Specialist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Help maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and stock levels
- Assist with the processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise, including documentation and system updates
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of POS and other operational systems
- Coordinate the scheduling and administrative support for boutique management, as needed
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
Business Performance and Development
- Assist in the procurement of supplies, materials, and services required for boutique operations
- Support with supplier relationships, including communication, order placement, and follow-up
- Track and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as directed
Project Coordination
- Provide administrative and logistical support for boutique projects and initiatives (store events, renovations etc.)
- Assist in coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables under the guidance of the Retail Operation Specialist
- Help track project progress and prepare status updates or reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in operations, coordination, or retail support
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with POS systems is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with demonstrated commitment to problem-solving and accountability
