Seeking a Retail Sales Executive in the United Arab Emirates for a full-time onsite role. You will explain features, recommend services, demonstrate products, keep a tidy workstation, hit sales targets and process accurate payments while maintaining product knowledge to meet customer needs. You will ensure stock and cash accuracy and complete tasks from document verification to onboarding, account changes and self-service support, including disputes. Ideal candidates have retail or telecom customer service experience with solid telecom and data product understanding and strong English plus Arabic or another language. Key Accountabilities 

  • Explain features / benefits to do comparative selling, service recommendations and demonstrate products. 
  • Ensure workstation and the store is tidy and clean and relevant information is to hand and brochures/information leaflets are properly stacked.
  • Achievement of sales targets.
  • Issue payment and receipts for sales &services, ensuring accuracy of transactions and data input.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, propositions and company communications to accurately and fully meet the needs of the customers that you serve.
  • Ensure stock and cash assigned to without any discrepancies.
  • To ensure effective completion of customer and process related tasks including:
    • Document verification
    • Complete sales transaction
    • Cx technical and service Onboarding
    • Account changes, migration, upgrades, downgrades
    • Technical “usage” support in the form of “how to”
    • Self-care registration
    • Self-serve assisted support.
    • Pay bills, complete recharge.
    • Resolve billing disputes or errors.

Experience:

  • Ideally retail experience or customer service role in telecom industry.
  • Good understanding of telecom and data products and services. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school certificate for UAE Nationals and diploma for Expats.

  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly self-motivated and able to act on own abilities.

  • Passion and motivation for overachieving against KPIs without compromising customer service.
