Returning Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween in Marlborough, MA is full-time onsite, pay $15.00 to $15.25 per hour depending on qualifications, with benefits like Massachusetts Paid Sick Time and End of Season Premium Pay Programs. Open to someone who previously worked as a Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween Sales Associate. You’ll support Store Management with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, and maintain Guest Services to company standards. Duties include generating sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Must be 16 or older; physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing/walking. Tips: highlight prior Spirit/Spencer experience, emphasize setup/teardown, POS, reliability and teamwork for a seasonal onsite role.

Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.               

Benefits include: Massachusetts Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs,  End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
