Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Sales Associate for a full-time, onsite role in Toronto, offering $17.60 to $17.85 per hour plus premium pay programs for eligible employees. This returning-to-brand position supports the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, while upholding Guest Services to company standards and driving sales through sign waving, pricing, merchandising, POS operations and loss prevention. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

?This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
