Returning Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween is a full-time onsite role in Toronto for someone who has previously worked for Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. You will support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store, while maintaining guest services to company standards. Core duties include driving sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, plus general housekeeping. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, with set‑up and tear‑down premiums and end‑of‑season bonuses subject to qualifications. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing. Tips: highlight prior Spirit/Spencer experience, sales results, adaptability to fast paced seasonal work, reliability and teamwork, and clear availability for a full-time seasonal schedule in Toronto.

Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.               

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs,  End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
