This Returning Sales Associate role at Spirit Halloween through Spencer Gifts is a full-time onsite position in Cambridge that supports seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown while upholding guest services and loss prevention. The pay range is $17.60 to $17.85 per hour, with eligibility for set-up/teardown and end-of-season premium pay programs. Returning associates with Spencer’s/Spirit Halloween experience preferred and will assist the Store Management Team in sign waving, signing, pricing, POS operations, and general housekeeping. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
