Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Store Manager in Ontario, OR, to lead a full-time onsite operation. The role pays $20.55-$20.80 hourly, with Oregon Paid Sick Time and Year End and Retention Pay bonuses. Limited to candidates with prior Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween Store Manager experience. You will own the operation, drive sales and profitability, oversee guest services, and control expenses while managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown of a seasonal store. Must be 21+, flexible, and able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $20.55 - $20.80 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
