Spirit Halloween is hiring a Returning Store Manager for a full-time onsite role in Mississauga. The pay range is $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, plus benefits like Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay, all subject to eligibility. This role is intended for someone who has previously held a Store Manager position at Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween. You’ll oversee the entire store, maximize sales and profitability, uphold guest services, and manage expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Requirements include 21+, flexible schedule, 8+ hours standing, ladder work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prior retail management experience. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
