Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a Returning Store Manager for a fulltime onsite role in Welland, paying $22.60-$22.85 per hour with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay and Retention Pay programs (qualifications apply). Open to someone who previously held a Store Manager role at Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween. You will own the seasonal store operation, driving sales and guest satisfaction while controlling expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing and the setup and teardown. Requirements: 21+, flexible schedule, 8+ hours standing, ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prior retail management. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
