Spirit Halloween is seeking a returning Store Manager for Mississauga to lead a full-time, on-site operation with a pay rate of $22.60–$22.85 per hour, depending on qualifications. Benefits include a Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and a Retention Pay Program (subject to qualifications). This role is open to individuals who have previously held a Store Manager position at Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales and profitability, maintain guest services, and manage expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Requirements include 21+, flexible schedule, 8+ hours standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
