Returning Store Manager at Spirit Halloween offers full-time leadership in Yukon, OK with pay 19.50–20.50 per hour, plus year end bonus and retention pay depending on qualifications. This role is for someone who has previously worked as a Spencer’s Spirit Halloween store manager and requires full accountability for store performance, guest services, expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and seasonal setup and teardown. The ideal candidate is 21 or older with a flexible schedule, accustomed to 8+ hours on their feet, ladders, fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
