Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Store Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Oakville. Hourly wages range from $22.60 to $22.85, with bonus and premium pay programs available upon qualification. This opportunity is limited to candidates with prior Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween Store Manager experience. You’ll lead total store operations, drive guest service and profitability, and own controls for shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and seasonal setup and teardown. Requirements include 21+, flexible schedule, 8+ hours of standing, ladder work, and lifting up to 50 pounds, plus prior retail management. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
