Transat AT is hiring a Revenue Management Analyst level 1 in Montreal to optimize revenue across a route portfolio under the Director of Inventory Optimization. This role blends data driven analysis, market intelligence and revenue management systems to manage seat inventory and integrate air plus package strategies to maximize total revenue, including RASM, load factor and yield. You’ll forecast demand, monitor trends, calibrate system inputs and analyze customer behavior while partnering with RMS, Pricing and Tour Operator teams to balance air and package demand. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, PROS knowledge, Power BI and Excel, and fluency in French and English. Onsite, full time with a collaborative, growth-minded culture.

Under the supervision of the Director, Inventory Optimization, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue across a portfolio of routes. You will leverage data-driven analysis, market intelligence, and system tools to manage seat inventory and integrate air + package strategies to maximize total revenue. This role is essential to achieving key performance targets such as Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM), load factor, and yield.
