Skyworks Solutions is seeking enthusiastic electrical engineering students for an RF IC Design Team Co-Op in Irvine, CA, on-site from June through December 2026. You will work on RF building blocks such as LNAs and RF switches, assist with schematic entry, simulations and data analysis using Cadence Virtuoso and other RF tools, and participate in lab testing, design reviews, and documentation as part of real product development. Ideal candidates are pursuing BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with RF/microwave coursework, a solid grasp of basic circuit design, S-parameters, NF and IIP3, and hands on CAD experience; EM simulation and RF measurements are a plus. The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour. Starting pay will depend on level of education, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S.
