Job Description

What’s on Your Plate?

  • Conduct on-ground rider audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, appearance, uniform, and behavior standards.
  • Manage crowd control during peak hours, promotional events, and high-traffic locations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle de-escalation between riders, vendors, and customers, providing quick, professional resolutions to prevent escalation of conflicts.
  • Support vendor relations by addressing operational challenges, acting as a liaison for smoother processes.
  • Provide real-time updates on on-ground issues to relevant internal teams for swift resolution.
  • Deliver safety training refreshers and updates to riders, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at operational improvement, rider experience enhancement, or safety campaigns.

What Did We Order?

  • Experience working in delivery, operations, or rider checks is a plus.
  • Valid motorbike license in the UAE is required.
  • Able to speak clearly and deal with people in a polite and professional way.
  • Can handle difficult situations calmly and help solve problems on-ground.
  • Can speak and understand English; other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a bonus.
  • Capable of supporting on-ground operations during peak hours.
  • Responsible and careful when doing checks and following company rules.
  • Knows basic safety and hygiene rules (good to have, but not a must).
  • Ready to work shifts, weekends, and outside in all weather.
