 About the Role

As a Risk and Asset Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support within our Regulatory & Risk and Finance areas. Reporting to the Regulatory and Risk Manager, this versatile role will also support our Financial Accountants. If you’re an efficient multitasker with a knack for organisation, analytical thinking and demonstrating a positive attitude, this role is made for you. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Administration: Manage day-to-day insurance administration and maintain accurate records. Assist with claims management and resolution, and the annual insurance renewal process in collaboration with our insurance broker.
  • Financial Support: Help maintain network entity asset registers and assist with the preparation of information for financial and regulatory reports.
  • Risk Administration: Provide support for emergency management functions, assist in updating templates, and help develop scenario-based emergency management scripts.
  • Process Manager: Support the Finance and Commercial Team to develop, update, and publish Promapps

What We’re Looking For

  • A tertiary qualification or relevant work experience
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • An understanding of insurance and risk processes may be advantageous
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Proven ability to source and analyse information from diverse sources
  • Capability to learn new systems and improve processes while managing competing tasks effectively
